Forte delivers EPC contracts for reactive power compensation, harmonic filtering and energy storage. Engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning are done by Forte staff under one contract, starting with an on-site power quality measurement.
We install HIOKI PQ3198-94 Class A analysers at your facility and record reactive demand, harmonic spectrum, voltage events and load profile over a continuous on-site campaign. Free of charge within an EPC contract.
Single-line diagrams, equipment sizing, harmonic impact study, protection coordination and cabinet layout drawings, prepared by Forte in IEC format and included in the contract.
GRIDFIX compensation panels, GRIDVAR SVG and GRIDSINE AHF panels and control cabinets are built at our Menemen, İzmir facility to IEC 61439-2 Form 4B. Fully wired and tested before shipment.
All system components are procured under the same contract: GRIDFIX panels, GRIDTUNE reactors, GRIDCAP capacitors, GRIDVAR modules, switchgear, cables and protection devices.
Forte field engineers carry out cable routing, termination, grounding, busbar connections and energisation. The people who designed and built the panels install them.
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before shipment and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) on commissioning. Full as-built documentation, O&M manuals, test certificates and hands-on operator training at handover.
